Seven Perceptual States

Our energy body is a multi-dimensional sensory field that is interconnected within our physical body. Together we contain an infinite amount of memory, but currently access only a fraction of it. By becoming aware and embracing our shared history we open ourselves to receiving these insights.

Mandala Chakra is designed to help us remember all that we are. Forty-nine mandalas were drawn to capture the archetypal wisdom of the chakras from seven different perceptual states to awaken the one within all.

“Come out of the circle of time
.  And into the circle of love.”  – Rumi

  1. The belief systems are not intended to be seen as a hierarchy, the goal is to see that we are one, not separate. As I worked with this concept as a perceptual state I saw how the beliefs formed as a natural progression of chronological events. Indigenous being the original belief system and Islam being the most recent. The goal is not to get hung up on one being better than another, it is to see that we transcend belief yet are aware of each belief. Also, as I researched the basic principles of each belief it was fascinating how they aligned with the chakras. The crown chakra is often accessed during dreamtime and that is how Muhammad received his “visions.” Below is a brief explanation of how the basic principle of each belief aligns with the chakra even though the primary alignment is based on chronology.

What I wish to see is that we could honor all beliefs yet not give power to any. When they divide us we become separate from ourselves and each other. The reality is that as of today Christianity and Islam are the #1 and #2 religions of the world, and both trace their roots to Abraham the father of Judaism. They are completely interconnected yet they are in opposition to each other, or at least that is what the media and fundamentalists would like us to believe. This has created a sense of confusion, separation and fear that we hold in the upper three chakras that is messing with our heads/psyche and disconnecting us from our heart/soul. My goal is to get out of our heads and into our hearts,so we can ground ourselves and see that we are not defined by religious beliefs but by what is in our hearts. If we can come back to our hearts and live from that place these beliefs inform us, but do not control us. When we see ourselves as one we can see everyone as unique and one. This is how we can begin to heal the separation and fear so present in our world today.

I hope that helps explain why I created this. I appreciate your question as it is very important to understand. Thank You.

Root Chakra – Our Roots – Indigenous Belief “original belief” was practiced by various cultures throughout the world beginning around 35,000 BCE. These original beliefs were based in man’s observation of nature/trees, the setting and rising sun, stars, planets, directions, etc…

Sacral Chakra – Our Duality & Oneness – Taoism originated in the far East with the WU Shamans around 5000 BCE as they began to develop a circular cosmology based on the harmony of opposing forces (Yin/Yang) in nature. This led to the creation of the Bagua, Feng Shui and the I Ching.

Solar Plexus Chakra – Our Internal Fire – Hinduism was officially formed with the creation of the Vedic Texts before 1250 BCE. Agni, the God of fire was the first God mentioned in the Rig Veda. Agni is associated with fire, blessings, divine knowledge etc.. Agni is the carrier of souls between lifetimes.

Heart Chakra – Our Love – Buddhism is an off shoot of Hinduism as the Buddha was born a Hindu. He renounced his faith to search for the meaning of suffering and to find peace within one’s heart. Buddha lived in India between 623 – 542 BCE and taught until he was 81 years old.

Throat Chakra – Our Stories – Judaism represents the roots of the monotheistic tradition (the belief in one God.) The Epic of Gilgamesh, etched in stone in Sumeria, tells many of the same stories found in Genesis. Judaism is based in the oral tradition of storytelling until they wrote their book of “laws.”

Third Eye Chakra – Our Inner Knowing – Christianity is an offshoot of Judaism. Jesus of Nazareth was born to a Jewish mother and crucified for teaching that the kingdom of God was within. The Roman Empire adopted Christianity around 325 ACE and forced conversion on the people it conquered. Knowledge was forbidden under Roman rule and became hidden within us. Our intuitive third eye is just now beginning to open again.

Crown Chakra – Our Dreams – Islam is founded on the life and teachings of Muhammad (570-632 ACE) He was visited in his dreams by the Archangel Gabriel. In dreamtime he journeyed to a heavenly Lote tree in Jerusalem where he traveled through the seven heavens. When he entered the seventh heaven he saw a canopy of multi-colored leaves that represented all the people.

  2. You are exceptionally gifted. I am so grateful to have come across your page. Being muslim, and noticing how using various meditation from a variety of scriptures, i am so glad that I’m not alone at making my practice a universal one. I love how you have associated each chakra( energy circulation centres) to a religion.

I look forward to more of your work, it’ll be tough, the world isn’t ready but there is no time like now. X
